Ground Improvement

Jines selects the safest, most effective and economical grouting techniques and materials, and performs site improvement in according to standard procedures. Our services cover a broad range of geological improvement: reducing water permeability, enhancing bearing capacity, increasing shear strength, filling voids, and compacting soil layers. This includes fractured rock formations, and complex strata.

Our clients present us with diverse projects, such as building construction, highway and tunnel projects, metro infrastructure, underground pipelines, reservoir dams, bridge construction, and tunnel excavations. We monitor and record all key parameters in real-time to analyze and revise procedures to achieve optimal geological improvement results.

Water Inrush Grouting

Based on the degree of underground water inrush and geological conditions, we choose the most rapid and effective sealing methods to prevent the escalation of water-related emergencies.

Construction water seepage may occur during excavation of foundation pits, TBM tunneling, rock layer excavation, from underground pipeline joints, tunnel blasting, vertical shaft excavation, and other projects that are located below groundwater level or in strata under water pressure.

We utilize advanced technologies and grout materials imported from overseas or developed in-house, combined with our extensive planning experience, to quickly propose the optimal solutions. With our safe and efficient operational methods, we can substantially reduce project losses and delays.

Leakage Repair

Depending on the extent of structural damage, we employ single or combined repair methods such as leakage prevention, building restoration, and structural reinforcement. We use appropriate techniques and materials to achieve permanent leak-stop and comply with safety regulations.

The scope of treatment includes buildings under construction or in use, tunnels, dams, bridges, and various underground engineering projects. During execution, various sealing, bonding, and surface treatment materials are utilized to achieve anti-leakage and reinforcement effects. Additionally, advanced treatment techniques are employed to prevent potential hazards that may lead to long-term structural deterioration or rusting, ensuring long-term safety and well-being during use.
